It’s about support
In terms of after-sales support, we have only one standard: the best. When
a client shouts ‘help!’ their call is taken by someone who understands the problem and can start solving it right away. That person stays with the problem too. Sometimes a short over-the-phone exchange is all that’s needed.
If not, we’ll be on site within four hours, and our service management system
will ensure that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. Our service
is about setting standards, not chasing them.
