In terms of after-sales support, we have only one standard: the best. When a client shouts "help!" their call is taken by someone who understands the problem and can start solving it right away. That person stays with the problem too.
Sometimes a short over-the-phone exchange is all that's needed. If not, we'll be on site within four hours, and our service management system will ensure that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
We employ more Apple Certified Engineers than anyone else in Scotland and our Authorised Service Centres are located throughout Scotland so you are never too far away from help.
Our service is about setting standards, not chasing them.
